Our Focus
Our organization focuses on building modern solutions to pressing global issues. We've identified three primary goals that we are working to achieve: reduce food waste, eliminate food insecurity, and slow climate change.

Food Waste
According to the USDA, more than 38 million people, 12 million of them being children, are food-insecure in the US today.

Food Insecurity
Each year, 119 billion pounds of food is wasted in the United States, which equates to 130 billion meals, more than $408 billion, and nearly 40% of all food in America being wasted.

Climate Change
When wasted food rots in landfills, it produces large amounts of methane - a greenhouse gas at least 28 times more potent than carbon dioxide.
